At Gamboa Rainforest Resort, we provide you with a dining experience that is inspired by our breathtaking natural surroundings. Each of our restaurants merge relaxed ambiance with an infusion of local flair. Join us at our table, where marvelous river, rainforest and garden views complement fresh, seasonal cuisine.
El Corotú
Located in the main building, Corotú serves authentic local specialties highlighted by Ceviche Corotú and Plantain Corvina.
Opens daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner services.
6:30 a.m. until 10:30 p.m.
Los Lagartos
Lagartos is located by the Marina with an outdoor terrace overlooking the Chagres River. Specialties include Corotú Fish, Fajitas and Captain Morgan Ribs.
CLOSED for Remodeling. We will re-open on September 11th with usual opening hours.
Daily (December - March): 12 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Weekends (April - November): 12 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Chagres River View
Situated in the main building, Chagres showcases specialties such as lobster tails, Gamboa Salmon and homemade lemon pie along with a gourmet a la carte menu accompanied by an extensive wine list.

Monkey Bar
Situated in the lobby, Monkey Bar is the perfect place to meet for cocktails, appetizers and live music.
Daily: 10:30 a.m. – 10:30 p.m.
Las Cascadas Pool Bar
Just steps from our tropical pool, Cascadas provides a shady retreat for enjoying a wide selection of drinks, snacks and cocktails. Remember to order our famous Piña Colada when you arrive.
Summer season: 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Rainy season: 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Sunday Brunch
Served from noon to 4:30 p.m., our sumptuous brunch features traditional breakfast favorites, sushi, pasta and carving stations, salads and pastries and champagne and mimosas.
